Local & international customers can make payments by using either their Debit / Credit Card or doing a Direct Bank Transfer.
COMMON PAYMENT ISSUES:
Both of our payment gateways (PAYFAST and ETISALAT) can be used to make payments via debit / credit cards. Some international cards (especially U.S, Canada and U.K) cards may get declined because our payment gateways use 3DS Security Protocols. They may also get declined because our payment gateway providers are Pakistan based and some international banks might misinterpret the transaction as a fraudulent attempt. Please do not be alarmed in such instances. ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE SECURE AND ENCRYPTED.
PAYMENT ISSUES SOLUTION:
In such cases, if your card gets declined on both PAYFAST and ETISALAT, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction before attempting again. Please also inform your bank that this transaction is being processed on a Pakistani payment gateway. You can then proceed to use your card to make payment on PAYFAST. If PAYFAST still fails, you can try ETISALAT instead. This solution almost always resolves such issues. In the rare case, if you are still facing any problems, you can make payments directly into our bank account using any medium like Wise, Remitly or any other money transfer service that lets you transfer money directly into a Pakistani bank account.

Payments are due within 1 business day after placing your order. Failing to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your order. If, due to some reason, you require extra time to make the payment, please contact us on WhatsApp in order to avoid automatic order cancellation.
