We don’t have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty or damaged item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their faulty order for a different in stock product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) and can use it later on our website.

  • Faulty articles complain will be generated within 3 days of delivery after that the complain cannot be entertained.
  • Items should be returned within 20-25 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customized items will not be returned or exchanged.
  • Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
  • Product tags should be intact.
