By accessing, browsing, using this website, or placing an order, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all applicable policies, including but not limited to:
- Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
- Production & Shipping Policy
- Payments Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy (where applicable)
- Any other policy or legal notice published by SARAZARA LTD from time to time
These policies form an integral part of these Terms of Service and together constitute the complete contractual agreement between you and SARAZARA LTD.
Where a specific policy governs a particular subject matter, that policy shall prevail in relation to that subject matter. For example:
- the Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy governs cancellations, returns, exchanges, store credit, refunds, inspections, reporting requirements, return conditions, and related remedies;
- the Production & Shipping Policy governs Production Time, dispatch, shipping, courier services, delivery, customs matters, shipping charges, and related obligations;
- the Payments Policy governs payment methods, payment currencies, payment processing, exchange rates, payment providers, bank transfers, duties, taxes, and payment-related obligations.
These Terms of Service shall be read together with all applicable policies and, except where expressly stated otherwise, are intended to complement rather than replace any policy.
Where these Terms of Service and a specific policy address the same subject matter, they shall, wherever reasonably possible, be interpreted consistently.
If any inconsistency cannot reasonably be resolved, the more specific policy governing that subject matter shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Failure by a customer to read, review, understand, or acknowledge any applicable policy shall not affect its applicability and shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, refund, exchange, dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or any other claim against SARAZARA LTD.
Nothing contained in these Terms of Service or any referenced policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
4. Acceptance Of Terms
Acceptance of these Terms of Service occurs upon any use of the SARAZARA LTD website or services.
Without limitation, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service and all applicable policies by undertaking any one or more of the following actions:
- accessing or browsing the website;
- creating a customer account;
- viewing, saving, sharing, or interacting with any content available on the website;
- adding any product to your shopping cart;
- proceeding to checkout;
- selecting or confirming a payment method;
- authorising or completing a payment;
- placing an order;
- communicating with SARAZARA LTD regarding an order;
- requesting a quotation, product information, sizing guidance, or customer support;
- uploading, submitting, or providing any information through the website;

- otherwise accessing or using any product, service, feature, or functionality made available by SARAZARA LTD.
Where the website requires you to actively acknowledge these Terms of Service or any applicable policy by selecting a checkbox, clicking an acceptance button, or taking any similar affirmative action, such acknowledgement shall constitute conclusive evidence of your acceptance.
Where no separate acknowledgement is requested, your continued use of the website or completion of any transaction shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all applicable policies.
You acknowledge that electronic communications, electronic records, electronic confirmations, website activity, payment records, order records, checkout acknowledgements, and other electronic evidence maintained by SARAZARA LTD may be relied upon as evidence of your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all applicable policies, subject to applicable law.
You further acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service and all applicable policies before placing an order.
Failure to read, review, understand, or seek clarification regarding these Terms of Service or any applicable policy shall not affect their enforceability and shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, refund, exchange, dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or any other claim against SARAZARA LTD, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any statutory rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Products & Handmade Nature
SARAZARA LTD specialises in handcrafted garments and related products. All SARAZARA garments are handcrafted and produced on a made-to-order basis. Each garment is individually manufactured using manual production techniques, hand embroidery, hand embellishment, and other artisan processes.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- all SARAZARA garments are handcrafted rather than mass-produced;
- each garment is individually produced and may therefore differ slightly from photographs, previous orders, samples, or other garments of the same design;
- minor differences in embroidery placement, embellishment placement, stitching, beadwork, sequins, crystals, colour, texture, pattern alignment, fabric characteristics, finishing, or other handcrafted details may naturally occur and shall not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
Product photographs, videos, marketing materials, campaign images, client photographs, social media content, and other visual materials are provided for illustrative purposes only.
While SARAZARA LTD makes reasonable efforts to present products as accurately as possible, the appearance of a garment may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:
- photography;
- studio or natural lighting;
- image editing;
- device displays;
- monitor calibration;
- screen settings;
- browser settings;
- colour profiles;
- dye lots;
- handcrafted production techniques; and
- the natural characteristics of fabrics and embellishments.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product measurements, dimensions, embroidery layouts, embellishment layouts, styling, accessories, colours, textures, and other specifications are approximate and may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Availability of products is subject to production capacity, fabric availability, embellishment availability, operational requirements, and other commercial considerations.
SARAZARA LTD reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- discontinue any product;
- withdraw any collection;
- modify product availability;
- correct typographical, pricing, photographic, or descriptive errors;
- update product descriptions;
- improve product specifications;
- substitute packaging where reasonably necessary; or
- decline or cancel an order in accordance with these Terms of Service or any applicable policy.
Nothing in this section limits or replaces any rights, obligations, remedies, reporting requirements, inspection procedures, return conditions, or other provisions contained in the applicable Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which shall govern any claim relating to the condition of a garment following delivery.
Nothing contained in this section is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Orders & Order Acceptance
Submission of an order through the SARAZARA LTD website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms of Service and all applicable policies.
The placement of an order does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of that order by SARAZARA LTD.
An order shall only be considered accepted once SARAZARA LTD has reviewed the order, accepted payment or payment arrangements where applicable, and commenced processing, production, or other fulfilment activities.
Order confirmation emails, payment acknowledgements, automated notifications, or similar communications are issued for administrative purposes only and do not, by themselves, constitute acceptance of an order.
SARAZARA LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time prior to dispatch, to refuse, decline, suspend, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
- pricing, currency conversion, or technical errors;
- website, software, or payment system errors;
- stock, fabric, embellishment, or material unavailability;
- production limitations or operational constraints;
- suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or suspicious activity;
- incomplete, inaccurate, conflicting, or unverifiable customer information;
- inability to process payment or verify payment;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- force majeure events;
- abuse of SARAZARA LTD staff or services; or
- any other circumstance where SARAZARA LTD reasonably considers cancellation or refusal to be necessary.
Where SARAZARA LTD cancels an order before dispatch and payment has already been successfully received, any refund due shall be processed in accordance with the applicable Payments Policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted at the time of ordering, including but not limited to billing information, shipping information, contact details, sizing information, measurements, customisation requests, and any other instructions, is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Customers may request permitted modifications to an order only in accordance with the applicable Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and Production & Shipping Policy.
Any permitted modification remains subject to the applicable time limits, verification procedures, operational feasibility, additional charges (where applicable), and the approval of SARAZARA LTD.
Requests to modify an order shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or any guarantee that the original Production Time will remain unchanged.
Where an approved modification reasonably requires additional Production Time, administrative processing, courier rebooking, or other operational adjustments, SARAZARA LTD reserves the right to revise the applicable Production Time accordingly.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Pricing, Currency & Payments
Product prices, shipping charges, and estimated order totals displayed while browsing the website may be shown in a selected or converted currency for convenience only. Such amounts are estimates only and do not constitute the final amount payable.
The final amount payable, selected payment currency, available payment methods, and any applicable exchange rate shall be presented immediately before payment authorisation or order confirmation, as applicable to the selected checkout method.
Payments made through either the "CHECKOUT (INTERNATIONAL)" or "CHECKOUT (PAKISTAN & BANK DEPOSIT)" options (excluding direct bank deposits) are processed by authorised third-party payment providers.
For customers using the "CHECKOUT (INTERNATIONAL)" option, customers may, where supported, be offered the option to complete payment in their local currency. Where a local currency payment option is not selected or is unavailable, payment shall be processed in GBP (British Pounds).
For customers using the "CHECKOUT (PAKISTAN & BANK DEPOSIT)" option, payments are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
The final amount payable, selected payment currency, payment method, and any applicable exchange rate presented immediately before payment authorisation or order confirmation, as applicable to the selected checkout method shall be deemed accepted by the customer once payment has been successfully completed.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the final amount payable, selected payment currency, payment method, and any applicable exchange rate before authorising payment or confirming their order, as applicable to the selected checkout method.
Any difference between estimated amounts displayed while browsing the website and the final amount payable may arise due to factors including, but not limited to:
- live exchange rates;
- the selected payment currency;
- the selected payment method;
- shipping charges;
- applicable taxes;
- duties or import-related charges (where applicable); or
- fees imposed by banks, card issuers, payment providers, financial institutions, or other third parties.
Where payment is made by direct bank transfer, production shall not commence until cleared funds have been received and successfully verified by SARAZARA LTD.
SARAZARA LTD shall not be responsible for delays arising from pending, failed, rejected, recalled, reversed, or incorrectly submitted payment transactions, bank transfers, or other payment processing issues beyond its reasonable control.
All payments remain subject to the applicable Payments Policy, which governs payment methods, payment currencies, payment processing, exchange rates, payment providers, bank deposits, duties, taxes, refunds, and all other payment-related matters.
Nothing contained in this section limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Production, Dispatch & Delivery
All SARAZARA garments are individually handcrafted and produced on a made-to-order basis. Production commences only after an order has been accepted in accordance with these Terms of Service and, where applicable, payment has been successfully received and verified.
Customers acknowledge and agree that Production, Dispatch, Shipping, and Delivery are separate stages of the fulfilment process.
For the avoidance of doubt:
- Production refers to the manufacture, preparation, embellishment, inspection, finishing, quality control, packaging, and other processes required to prepare an order for dispatch.
- Dispatch occurs when an order has completed production and has been transferred to the relevant courier or logistics provider for transportation.
- Shipping refers to the transportation of an order following dispatch.
- Delivery occurs when the shipment has been delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer or is otherwise deemed delivered in accordance with the applicable courier's delivery records.
Production Time published by SARAZARA LTD refers solely to the estimated maximum time required to complete production and prepare an order before dispatch. Production Time does not include dispatch, shipping, or delivery time.
Estimated Production Time, dispatch, shipping, and delivery timeframes are provided for planning purposes only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates or contractual delivery deadlines.
Customers acknowledge that dispatch and delivery may be affected by factors beyond SARAZARA LTD's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- production requirements;
- operational requirements;
- courier capacity;
- transportation disruptions;
- customs processing;
- security inspections;
- weather conditions;
- governmental actions;
- force majeure events; or
- any other circumstance beyond SARAZARA LTD's reasonable control.
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the physical transportation and delivery of the shipment rests with the relevant third-party courier or logistics provider.
Customers are responsible for:
- providing complete and accurate delivery information;
- responding promptly to courier communications where required;
- cooperating with customs authorities and courier representatives where reasonably necessary;
- paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, carrier handling charges, or similar charges imposed by the destination country; and
- accepting delivery within the courier's required timeframes.
Where a customer requests an approved modification to an order after placement, including but not limited to a change of shipping address or billing address, SARAZARA LTD reserves the right to revise the applicable Production Time where reasonably necessary to accommodate the requested modification.
Any revised production, dispatch, shipping, or delivery timeline resulting from an approved modification shall be determined by SARAZARA LTD in accordance with the applicable Production & Shipping Policy.
Nothing contained in this section limits or replaces the Production & Shipping Policy, which governs Production Time, dispatch, shipping, courier services, delivery, customs matters, address changes, shipping charges, returned shipments, and all other shipping-related matters.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All cancellations, returns, exchanges, store credit, refunds, reimbursements, goodwill gestures, and other remedies offered by SARAZARA LTD are governed exclusively by the applicable Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that they have read, understood, and accepted the applicable Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy prior to completing their purchase.
Customers further acknowledge that:
- all cancellation requests are subject to the applicable time limits and conditions specified in the Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy;
- returns, exchanges, store credit, refunds, reimbursements, and other remedies are available only in the circumstances expressly set out in the applicable policy;
- approved returns remain subject to the applicable reporting requirements, inspection procedures, return conditions, evidence requirements, return instructions, and all other conditions contained in the applicable policy;
- failure to comply with the applicable policy may result in SARAZARA LTD declining or rejecting the relevant request, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a customer reports an issue relating to a garment, SARAZARA LTD reserves the right to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable policy.
Any remedy offered by SARAZARA LTD, including but not limited to repair, replacement, reimbursement, professional cleaning allowance, alteration allowance, store credit, partial refund, goodwill gesture, or any other resolution, shall remain subject to the conditions contained in the applicable Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Where a customer accepts, utilises, or otherwise benefits from a remedy offered by SARAZARA LTD, such acceptance shall constitute full and final settlement of the reported issue to the extent provided under the applicable Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Nothing contained in this section creates any additional right to cancellation, return, exchange, refund, reimbursement, store credit, or other remedy beyond those expressly provided by the applicable policy or otherwise required under applicable law.
Nothing contained in this section excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Customer Responsibilities

Where you request customised sizing, made-to-measure production, alterations, or other permitted modifications, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all measurements, specifications, and instructions supplied to SARAZARA LTD are complete, accurate, and unambiguous.
You agree to promptly respond to any reasonable request made by SARAZARA LTD where additional information, clarification, verification, measurements, payment confirmation, identity verification, or other information is reasonably required to process your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, you agree to cooperate with the relevant courier and, where applicable, customs authorities by:
- responding to delivery communications;
- providing information reasonably requested for delivery or customs clearance;
- paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, carrier handling fees, or similar charges;

Where you report an issue relating to a garment, you agree to comply with the reporting requirements, evidence requirements, inspection procedures, return instructions, evidence preservation requirements, and any other reasonable requirements contained in the applicable Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

- abuse, harass, threaten, or behave in an inappropriate manner towards SARAZARA LTD or its employees, representatives, contractors, or service providers; or
- use the website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law.
Failure to comply with these Terms of Service or any applicable policy may result, to the extent permitted by applicable law, in SARAZARA LTD refusing service, declining or cancelling an order, declining a request made under an applicable policy, restricting access to the website, or taking any other reasonable action necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
Nothing contained in this section excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Intellectual Property

any intellectual property, website content, product photography, videos, branding, garment designs, embroidery designs, product descriptions, marketing materials, or other content belonging to SARAZARA LTD for any commercial purpose.
The purchase of a garment transfers ownership of the physical garment only.
No purchase transfers any copyright, trade mark, design right, intellectual property right, licence, or other proprietary right relating to the garment, its design, associated photographs, branding, marketing materials, or any other intellectual property owned by SARAZARA LTD.
Nothing in this section restricts a customer's right to use or share photographs of a garment that they lawfully own for genuine personal, non-commercial purposes, provided such use does not infringe the intellectual property rights of SARAZARA LTD or falsely imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
Where a customer voluntarily submits photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, or other content to SARAZARA LTD, including through email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other communication channel, the customer grants SARAZARA LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and share such content for marketing, promotional, editorial, or other legitimate business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention
SARAZARA LTD is committed to resolving genuine customer concerns fairly, promptly, and in accordance with these Terms of Service and all applicable policies.
Before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, bank dispute, card dispute, or similar claim with a payment provider, financial institution, or card issuer, customers agree to first contact SARAZARA LTD and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Customers acknowledge that many concerns, including but not limited to Production Time, production updates, dispatch notifications, courier matters, payment enquiries, sizing concerns, product questions, or other order-related issues, may often be resolved without the need for formal payment disputes.
Nothing contained in this section prevents a customer from exercising any statutory right to initiate a legitimate chargeback, dispute, payment reversal, or other legal remedy where such right exists under applicable law.
However, where a customer initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, bank dispute, card dispute, or similar proceeding:
- contrary to these Terms of Service or any applicable policy;
- after accepting or benefiting from a remedy offered by SARAZARA LTD;
- by providing false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information;
- without first providing SARAZARA LTD with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter, where such opportunity is reasonably available; or
- in circumstances where the customer has otherwise acted fraudulently or in bad faith,
SARAZARA LTD reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to:
- contest the dispute using all relevant evidence reasonably available;
- rely upon archived versions of its Terms of Service and incorporated policies that were in effect on the date the order was placed;
- provide payment providers, financial institutions, card issuers, dispute resolution bodies, legal advisers, insurers, or competent authorities with relevant information relating to the transaction;
- rely upon website records, checkout acknowledgements, payment records, correspondence, courier records, tracking information, photographs, videos, production records, quality control records, inspection records, order history, policy acknowledgements, and any other relevant evidence;
- recover any losses, costs, fees, administrative expenses, legal expenses (where recoverable), or other amounts reasonably incurred as a result of the customer's breach of these Terms of Service or applicable law;
- decline future orders or refuse future services; and
- take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the legitimate interests of SARAZARA LTD.
Nothing contained in this section shall prevent SARAZARA LTD from offering, at its sole discretion, a goodwill resolution or negotiated settlement where it considers such a resolution appropriate.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SARAZARA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or in connection with:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SARAZARA LTD shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of use, business interruption, reputational damage, emotional distress, inconvenience, disappointment, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from or relating to the use of this website or any purchase made through it.
Where a remedy is expressly provided under an applicable policy, that remedy shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, constitute the customer's sole and exclusive remedy in respect of the relevant issue.
Nothing contained in these Terms of Service shall be interpreted as creating any guarantee that:
- a garment will be suitable for a customer's particular purpose unless expressly confirmed by SARAZARA LTD in writing before the order is placed;
- a garment will arrive by any particular event date, occasion date, travel date, or required wear date;
- a courier will deliver within any estimated delivery timeframe;
- a third-party payment provider will process a payment without interruption;

- the website will operate continuously, uninterrupted, securely, or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for allowing sufficient time for production, dispatch, shipping, customs processing, alterations, repairs, professional cleaning (where applicable), and any other post-delivery adjustments that may reasonably be required before any intended occasion, event, or travel date.
