Payments Policy | SARAZARA

SARAZARA LTD (“SARAZARA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers multiple secure payment methods for both international and domestic customers.

All payments must be completed in accordance with the instructions below. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable payment terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

Customers may complete their purchase using:

Debit or credit cards
Supported digital wallets and payment methods displayed at checkout
Bank Deposit

Card and digital payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. SARAZARA LTD does not store or have direct access to full payment card details.

Direct bank transfers are processed separately and are not handled by card payment providers.

International Customers

International customers paying by debit card, credit card, digital wallets or other supported digital payment methods (excluding direct bank transfer) must complete their purchase using the “CHECKOUT (INTERNATIONAL)” button on the cart page.

International payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payments are processed in GBP (British Pounds). Where supported, customers may be offered the option to pay in their local currency at checkout
Before payment is authorised or an order is confirmed, as applicable to the selected checkout method, customers will be presented with the final amount payable, selected payment currency, and available payment methods. Any difference between the initial estimate and the final amount is typically minimal and may arise due to live exchange rates, the selected payment currency or payment method, applicable taxes, or fees charged by the customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution. Final prices are determined immediately before payment authorisation or order confirmation, as applicable to the selected checkout method
Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the final amount payable, selected payment currency, and available payment methods before authorising payment or confirming their order, as applicable to the selected checkout method
The final amount payable, selected payment currency, payment method, and any applicable exchange rate presented immediately before payment authorisation or order confirmation, as applicable to the selected checkout method, shall be deemed accepted by the customer upon successful completion of the order or payment process
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, carrier handling fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly included in the amount displayed at checkout
Any additional currency conversion charges, transaction fees, or bank charges applied by third parties remain the responsibility of the customer

International customers wishing to use Bank Deposit must checkout using the “CHECKOUT (PAKISTAN & BANK DEPOSIT)” button. These payments will be processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)

Pakistan Customers

Customers within Pakistan must use the "CHECKOUT (PAKISTAN & BANK DEPOSIT)" button for all payment methods. All such payments are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

Orders will only enter production after cleared funds have been received and successfully verified by SARAZARA LTD.

SARAZARA LTD shall not be responsible for delays arising from pending, failed, reversed, rejected, recalled, or incorrectly submitted bank transfers or payment transactions beyond its reasonable control.

Payment Deadline

All bank deposit payments must be completed within 1 business day of placing the order.

Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in automatic order cancellation without prior notice.

If additional time is required, customers must contact SARAZARA LTD in advance. Approval is at our sole discretion.

Important Conditions

SARAZARA LTD is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, currency conversion differences, delays caused by banks or payment providers, or fees imposed by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other third-party payment providers
Displayed currency conversions are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed final amount payable. Final prices are determined immediately before payment authorisation or order confirmation, as applicable to the selected checkout method
Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full and successfully verified by SARAZARA LTD
Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by banks, card issuers, payment providers, or other financial institutions remain the responsibility of the customer

Final Clause

Failure to comply with this Payment Policy, dissatisfaction with exchange rates, currency conversion differences, bank charges, payment provider fees, taxes, import duties, carrier handling fees, or any other third-party payment costs shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, refund, dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal.
