PAYMENTS POLICY

SARAZARA LTD (“SARAZARA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers multiple secure payment methods for both international and domestic customers.

All payments must be completed in accordance with the instructions below. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable payment terms.


Accepted Payment Methods

Customers may complete their purchase using:

  • Debit or credit cards
  • Supported digital payment methods displayed at checkout
  • Direct bank transfer

Card and digital payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. SARAZARA LTD does not store or have direct access to full payment card details.

Direct bank transfers are processed separately and are not handled by card payment providers.


International Customers

International customers using card or other digital payment methods (excluding direct bank transfer) must complete their purchase using the:

“CHECKOUT (INTERNATIONAL)” button on the cart page.

  • International card payments are processed in GBP (British Pounds)
  • The final charged amount may vary based on live exchange rates, payment provider conversion, and bank fees
  • Any additional currency conversion charges applied by your bank are the responsibility of the customer

International customers wishing to use direct bank transfer must checkout using the:

“CHECKOUT (PAKISTAN & DIRECT BANK TRANSFER)” button.

  • These payments will be processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)

Pakistan Customers

Customers within Pakistan must use the:

“CHECKOUT (PAKISTAN & DIRECT BANK TRANSFER)” button for all payment methods.

  • All such payments are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)

Customers opting for direct bank transfer may use the following account details:

After completing the transfer:

  • Send the payment receipt via WhatsApp at +92 322 7807777 or email at info@sarazara.com
  • Use your Order ID as the payment reference

Orders will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received and verified in our account.


Payment Deadline

All bank transfer payments must be completed within 1 business day of placing the order.

Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in automatic order cancellation without prior notice.

If additional time is required, customers must contact SARAZARA LTD in advance. Approval is at our sole discretion.


Important Conditions

  • SARAZARA LTD is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers
  • Orders will not be processed until payment has been fully received
  • Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer

Final Clause

Failure to comply with this Payment Policy shall not constitute valid grounds for order disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals.
