SHIPPING & DISPATCH POLICY
Dispatch times are clearly listed on each product page and represent the maximum time required to prepare the item prior to shipment.
Dispatch time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins only after the order has been dispatched.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that:
- Dispatch and shipping are two distinct stages
- Production timelines must be completed before dispatch
- Estimated timelines are provided for transparency but are not guaranteed delivery dates
- Requests for earlier dispatch or delivery made after an order has been placed will not be accommodated and shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellations, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Courier & Delivery
All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party courier partners.
While SARAZARA LTD ensures timely dispatch, any delays, disruptions, or service issues caused by courier companies are beyond our control and are not the responsibility of SARAZARA LTD.
Delays due to external factors (including but not limited to customs processing, flight disruptions, weather conditions, or operational issues) do not constitute valid grounds for refunds, cancellations, or disputes.
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the physical transportation and delivery of the shipment rests with the relevant third-party courier or logistics provider. Any delivery estimates provided by SARAZARA LTD or the courier are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. SARAZARA LTD shall not be liable for delays, delivery exceptions, failed delivery attempts, customs processing delays, operational disruptions, or other events occurring after dispatch that are outside its reasonable control.
Shipping Rates & Selection
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected destination, shipping region, and service level.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping region and option before completing their purchase.
While shipping address details may be edited at checkout, the selected shipping option cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
Currency & Checkout
Shipping rates are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), which is the store’s native currency.
While product prices and estimated totals may be shown in a selected or converted currency, the final charge currency and amount will depend on the payment method used at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling charges (if applicable) are determined by the destination country
- All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- SARAZARA LTD has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

Final Clause
Delays related to production timelines, dispatch schedules, or third-party courier services—where previously disclosed—shall not constitute valid grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
