Production & Shipping Information

Production Time is the maximum time required to handcraft, embellish, inspect, finish, package, and prepare your order before dispatch. Production Time is separate from Dispatch, Shipping, and Delivery.
Every SARAZARA garment is handcrafted and produced individually upon order. No ready stock is maintained.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the Production Time displayed at the time your order is placed. Requests for a shorter Production Time made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
Individual production status updates are not provided via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram DMs while an order remains within its stated Production Time. The absence of production updates or responses to status enquiries during this period shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping Time begins only after Production has been completed and your order has been dispatched. International Shipping Time is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping option. Shipping is performed by trusted third-party courier partners.

Shipping within Pakistan is provided free of charge. Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, SARAZARA is not responsible for delays arising from courier operations, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, carrier capacity, or any other circumstances beyond SARAZARA's reasonable control. Bold yet refined, CRESSIDA is presented in a rich blend of dusty lilac, muted mauve, soft lavender and antique gold, creating a striking interpretation of modern femininity. The ensemble features a sheesha silk peplum with sculpted, feminine cuts, paired with hand-dyed cotton silk sharara pants and a softly flowing chiffon dupatta.

The peplum is adorned entirely by hand with sparkling naqshi, beadwork, zardozi, and pearls, brought to life by the natural glistening sheen of sheesha silk, and is finished with a coordinating belt to define the silhouette. The dupatta, detailed with scattered motifs and crystals, adds movement and texture, while the bodice comes with an attached lining. For a more modest finish, an optional longer lining under the peplum, covering down to the waist, may be selected.
