Production & Shipping Information
- Production Time is the maximum time required to handcraft, embellish, inspect, finish, package, and prepare your order before dispatch. Production Time is separate from Dispatch, Shipping, and Delivery.
- Every SARAZARA garment is handcrafted and produced individually upon order. No ready stock is maintained.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the Production Time displayed at the time your order is placed. Requests for a shorter Production Time made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
- Individual production status updates are not provided via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram DMs while an order remains within its stated Production Time. The absence of production updates or responses to status enquiries during this period shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping Time begins only after Production has been completed and your order has been dispatched. International Shipping Time is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping option. Shipping is performed by trusted third-party courier partners.
Shipping within Pakistan is provided free of charge. Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, SARAZARA is not responsible for delays arising from courier operations, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, carrier capacity, or any other circumstances beyond SARAZARA's reasonable control. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Every dastaan is a story waiting to be told. Rooted in the rich tradition of Urdu storytelling, DASTAAN evokes the romance of timeless narratives, where heritage, artistry, and imagination intertwine.
Rendered in an elegant champagne taupe, the ensemble features a short, straight-cut kameez crafted from luxurious sheesha silk, distinguished by contrasting black borders. Intricate embroidery adorns the silhouette throughout, enriched with meticulous hand embellishments of traditional naqshi, dabka, stones, pearls, and crystals. Delicate tassels along the hem and sleeves add a graceful finishing touch.
The kameez can be paired with either a flowing raw silk sharara or a traditional sheesha silk shalwar, offering two distinct expressions of elegance. A double-shaded chiffon dupatta, blending champagne taupe and black, completes the ensemble, featuring intricately embroidered floral detailing around the neckline.
