Production & Shipping Information
- Production Time is the maximum time required to handcraft, embellish, inspect, finish, package, and prepare your order before dispatch. Production Time is separate from Dispatch, Shipping, and Delivery.
- Every SARAZARA garment is handcrafted and produced individually upon order. No ready stock is maintained.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the Production Time displayed at the time your order is placed. Requests for a shorter Production Time made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
- Individual production status updates are not provided via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram DMs while an order remains within its stated Production Time. The absence of production updates or responses to status enquiries during this period shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping Time begins only after Production has been completed and your order has been dispatched. International Shipping Time is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping option. Shipping is performed by trusted third-party courier partners.
Shipping within Pakistan is provided free of charge. Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, SARAZARA is not responsible for delays arising from courier operations, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, carrier capacity, or any other circumstances beyond SARAZARA's reasonable control. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

DIVAN:
Borrowing its name from the poetic divan — a treasured collection of verses in Turkish literary tradition — DIVAN reflects a world of ornament, elegance, and cultivated beauty.
Rendered in a soft seafoam aqua, the ensemble features a Turkish-inspired kaftan shirt crafted from luminous tissue silk. The silhouette is brought to life through an intricately worked neckline adorned with embroidery, Swarovski crystals, and naqshi, while appliqué and patchwork introduce richly detailed motifs accented with diamantes. Ornate arabesque embroidery with Turkish influences unfolds across the shirt, elevated by crystals, dabka, stones, and jewellery stones that lend depth, texture, and a refined brilliance to the composition.
It is paired with a flowing raw silk sharara and a digitally printed silk dupatta awash in watercolour-inspired florals and ornamental garden motifs. An embroidered border, delicately finished with stone detailing and blush pink scalloped embroidery, completes the look with softness and distinction.
