Production & Shipping Information
- Production Time is the maximum time required to handcraft, embellish, inspect, finish, package, and prepare your order before dispatch. Production Time is separate from Dispatch, Shipping, and Delivery.
- Every SARAZARA garment is handcrafted and produced individually upon order. No ready stock is maintained.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the Production Time displayed at the time your order is placed. Requests for a shorter Production Time made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
- Individual production status updates are not provided via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram DMs while an order remains within its stated Production Time. The absence of production updates or responses to status enquiries during this period shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping Time begins only after Production has been completed and your order has been dispatched. International Shipping Time is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping option. Shipping is performed by trusted third-party courier partners.
Shipping within Pakistan is provided free of charge. Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, SARAZARA is not responsible for delays arising from courier operations, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, carrier capacity, or any other circumstances beyond SARAZARA's reasonable control. Rendered in a timeless black, GHAZAL features a long kameez crafted from luxurious sheesha silk, adorned with intricate embroidery and meticulous hand embellishments of traditional naqshi, dabka, stones, and Swarovski crystals. Vibrant multicoloured embroidery creates a striking contrast against the deep black canvas, lending depth, character, and brilliance to its graceful silhouette.
The kameez is paired with coordinating sheesha silk trousers and complemented by a sheer organza dupatta featuring delicately scalloped edges and intricate embroidery. Exquisite hand embellishments of naqshi and stones adorn the borders and all four corners, while delicate tassels complete its elaborate finishing.
