Production & Shipping Information
- Production Time is the maximum time required to handcraft, embellish, inspect, finish, package, and prepare your order before dispatch. Production Time is separate from Dispatch, Shipping, and Delivery.
- Every SARAZARA garment is handcrafted and produced individually upon order. No ready stock is maintained.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the Production Time displayed at the time your order is placed. Requests for a shorter Production Time made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
- Individual production status updates are not provided via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram DMs while an order remains within its stated Production Time. The absence of production updates or responses to status enquiries during this period shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping Time begins only after Production has been completed and your order has been dispatched. International Shipping Time is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping option. Shipping is performed by trusted third-party courier partners.
Shipping within Pakistan is provided free of charge. Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, SARAZARA is not responsible for delays arising from courier operations, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, carrier capacity, or any other circumstances beyond SARAZARA's reasonable control. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Inspired by the art of melody, where individual notes come together in perfect harmony, MELODIE is an expression of delicate femininity, graceful movement, and understated elegance.
Rendered in a soft primrose yellow with buttery lemon undertones, the ensemble features an open-front, short-length jacket crafted from sheer organza, with elegantly tailored long sleeves. Intricate resham embroidery unfolds into delicate floral motifs and three-dimensional floral detailing, complemented by scalloped, lace-inspired borders. A romantic palette of blush pink, powder rose, muted sage, and dusty blue is interwoven with silver, champagne, and gold metallic threadwork, shimmering sequins, and delicate embellishments, all refined with subtle white accents.
The jacket is paired with a flowing raw silk sharara and a coordinating raw silk inner, creating a harmonious balance of structure, softness, and movement.
