Production & Shipping Information
- Production Time is the maximum time required to handcraft, embellish, inspect, finish, package, and prepare your order before dispatch. Production Time is separate from Dispatch, Shipping, and Delivery.
- Every SARAZARA garment is handcrafted and produced individually upon order. No ready stock is maintained.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the Production Time displayed at the time your order is placed. Requests for a shorter Production Time made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
- Individual production status updates are not provided via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram DMs while an order remains within its stated Production Time. The absence of production updates or responses to status enquiries during this period shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim of non-fulfilment.
SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping Time begins only after Production has been completed and your order has been dispatched. International Shipping Time is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping option. Shipping is performed by trusted third-party courier partners.
Shipping within Pakistan is provided free of charge. Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, SARAZARA is not responsible for delays arising from courier operations, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, carrier capacity, or any other circumstances beyond SARAZARA's reasonable control. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
